What is the Two Week Guided Relief X Program?
The Relief X Program is a comprehensive approach that combines trigger point theory with ball massage, providing a self-treatment solution for users to relieve their own muscle pain. Certain points in our body are connected to multiple muscles, and applying pressure to these specific points can simultaneously alleviate tension in surrounding muscles, leading to faster relief. This allows you to resume your daily activities without restrictions in mobility. Additionally, our program includes targeted strengthening of counter muscle group(s) and muscle elongation through stretching exercises to prevent future pain.
